This production line is automatic cut to length line for silicon steel coil, is necessary production equipment for transformer lamination manufacturing. It can cut 45 degree and 135 degree shear, transverse and longitudinal progressive shear, hole punching and v notching. The line can be suitable for cutting series shapes of work pieces used in the manufacturing of transformer industry. Our production line has high quality with high speed. 2. Guiding slop
1) Using slope guide without pit, consists of the inclined guide plate, detection sensor and other components.
2) Guide plate is installed detection sensor for controlling decoiling speed. To achieve protection in the upper limit position, stop at lower limit position, normal, acceleration, deceleration control, etc.
3. Feeder: servo feeding, length measuring
1) Consists of feed system, length measuring systems, blocking material safety protection devices, etc.
2) Feeding system includes upper and lower feed rollers, which is covered with polyurethane, roller drive system adopts Delta control system. Feeding speed 0 ~ 100m / min, stepless adjustable.
3) Length measuring system adopts high precision wear measuring roller, and high precision control system, real-time feedback from encoder. Roller clamping pressure is adjustable.
4. Punching part: including servo positioning electric V notching, and servo electric hole punching
1) It is able to do step-lap cutting, 1 pcs or 2 pcs every step
2) Delta servo motor drive, high efficiency, low noise
3) Transversal adjust precision: =±0.05mm

5. Cutting part: including 45 or 90 degree servo electric shearing, and 135 degree servo electric shearing
